  2. Shipping and Handling Charges

    Shipping and Handling charges are automatically calculated for you when placing an order. Handing costs may vary depending upon the special packaging needs of your order. Shipments are subject to stock availability.

  3. Delivery Information

    Please allow up to 14 business days for your order to be delivered. 

    All parcels are sent using Royal Mail 1st class standard delivery therefore no tracking information is available. 

    If you require a delivery by a specific date or need tracking information(these will incur additional charges), please e-mail us at orders@wickedmerch.co.uk to request additional shipping charges.

  5. Can I exchange an item for another item or cancel my order?

    We want to make sure that you enjoy your WICKED merchandise. If you change your mind or are unhappy with the goods when delivered, you may cancel your order, exchange the size or gain a full refund by following these steps. 1.) Contact us to tell us of your intention to cancel within 7 working days after you receive your delivery at orders@wickedthemusicalstore.co.uk 2.) Leave CDs sealed (unless discovered to be faulty or damaged on delivery). You will receive a credit, replacement or refund within 30 days after you inform us of your cancellation.   6. International Orders

    We are able to ship orders internationally (except glitter globes).  If you require international delivery, please e-mail us at orders@wickedmerch.co.uk stating what you would like to order and to which country it needs to be sent.  We will then contact you back with a shipping quote and instructions on how to place your order.
